Basically, due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not accept returns.
However, if the digital data you purchased is damaged or otherwise defective, we will refund or replace it with the correct data (if we are able to do so) within 3 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be accepted if the item cannot be viewed due to file corruption or other reasons.

After the refund request has been received and inspected by the site administrator, an email will be sent to the customer notifying that the refund has been approved if a defect is found. We will also inform you of the approval or disapproval of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed by the affiliated payment service.
